Introducing: Beyond Us - RBC’s 2026 Giving Campaign
Rostrevor is a generous place. Year after year, we’ve been encouraged and inspired by how you all support this church with your regular offering and with how you’ve responded to special giving campaigns, especially given how sporadic those campaigns have been. We recognise there hasn’t been a lot of consistency with when we’ve asked for special donations, and this year we’re rectifying that.
We’re introducing Beyond Us - our new annual giving campaign.
This June, we’re inviting RBC to look beyond us: beyond ourselves to future generations of the church, beyond our own needs as we look to support our community, and beyond our own borders to our overseas partners.
For three weeks from the 31st of May, we’ll launch the campaign and introduce the three ‘buckets’ you can donate to:
- Our home: RBC’s Future Facilities Fund
- Our backyard: Enrich Life’s community aid
- Our world: Our Baptist World Aid and Baptist Mission Australia partners in Cambodia.
On the 14th of June the 15-day giving campaign opens. At the end we’ll report back and celebrate how much we’ve raised.
We’re hoping that by bringing together all our different giving campaigns from throughout the year into one 15-day period, you’ll be able to make informed decisions about what you want to support. And we’re looking forward to having a dedicated season of embracing and celebrating one of our core values: gratitude and generosity.
In times of uncertainty, there’s a temptation to turn in on ourselves. Let’s push against that! Let’s follow Christ together as we look beyond us.
